I’ve combined two things I don’t do very often (painting and embroidery) hoping that my mediocre painting combined with my mediocre embroidery would turn into something a little more exciting. This is the first 8×10″ painting in a series I plan on doing while I brush up on my embroidery skills.

I’ve made yet another giclee print for my Etsy shop.
I’m really happy with how this one turned out- it’s the largest print I’ve made yet (18″x24″) and the colors are so vibrant.

Here’s a self portrait I’ve been working on to go along with my bio/about page. The black and white version is the original, then I colorized it and added my drawing from a few days ago to the background on photoshop. What do you think?
I used black pen, sumi ink, and white conte crayon.
