This Mother’s Day card was for my sister who has 3 daughters. The baby birds are in her daughters’ favorite colors. They knew exactly which bird represented them when they saw the card!
I used a similar style and the same materials as I used for my mom’s card and my other sister’s card.

I drew this card for my sister, Amira. Today is her first Mother’s Day!
Brown, White, Red, & Green
Materials: Brown paper, Black Micron Pen Size 05, White Uni-Ball Signo Broad UM-153 Gel Pen, Red and Green Stabilo Point 88 Pens.
I used a similar method to the drawing I posted yesterday. I layered the colored pens on top of the white gel pen to create different shades.
Blue, Orange & White
Materials: Blue paper, White Uni-Ball Signo Broad UM-153 Gel Pen, Orange Crayola Marker.
Both shades of orange were created with the same marker- the darker shade is drawn directly on the blue paper & the lighter shade is drawn on top of the white gel pen.
Purple, Black, White & Gold
Materials: Purple paper, Black Micron Pens Size 05, White Uni-Ball Signo Broad UM-153 Gel Pen, Gold Sharpie Paint Marker Medium
Orange, Black & White
Materials: Orange paper, Black Micron Pens Size 03 & 05, White Uni-Ball Signo Broad UM-153 Gel Pen
